Panchakarma Speciality Centre, Pune OR through email or by Telephone.
This evaluation is ideal whether you are considering
detoxification treatment at our center in Pune or simply wish to start a health promoting program at
home. (we may send necessary herbal supplements by
mail.)
Your recommendations may include - Home physiological purification programmes, dietary guidelines, Herbal food supplements, breathing technique (Simple pranayama), yoga exercises & ayur meditation.
